A working session to kick-off your project with clarity. During this 1.5 hour in-home or virtual consultation, we will discuss your goals, style, and needs. I will provide you with verbal recommendations and design ideas on the spot. A follow-up summary will be sent via email with key notes and action steps. (Fee credited towards Conceptual and Full-service Design.)

A foundational design plan tailored to your space. Ideal for clients who want a designer’s creative vision but will handle implementation themselves. During the Initial Consult, we will discuss your goals, style, and needs. I will provide a mood board and design direction including construction recommendations, a floor plan, and a basic layout. A sourcing list will also be provided for up to 10 items. One round of revisions is included. Fee is per room. (Additional time billed at $125 per hour.)

Start-to-finish project management and design execution. Ideal for clients who want an expert designer to take the lead and manage the entire project. This package consists of project oversight, vendor coordination, construction management, site visits, sourcing, purchasing, and styling.

Fee is calculated as a 15% mark-up on your budget for goods and services - minimum budget is $100,000. (Package includes 40 hours. Additional time billed at $125 per hour.)

Flexible, expert guidance tailored to your unique needs. Ideal for clients who have a strong foundation but need assistance tweaking, completing, or finishing their spaces.

$150 per hour (minimum 10 hours) + 20% mark-up on goods and services.

$125 per hour (minimum 40 hours) + 15% mark-up on goods and services.

Drafting services available as needed. Ideal for clients whose projects involve a high-level of construction and remodeling, and require the necessary documentation. 2D floor plans and elevations, furniture layouts, and 3D concept renderings available upon request.

For boutique hotels and restaurants seeking a seamless connection between brand identity and interior environment. Includes brand alignment (color, texture, topography, and material), guest journey mapping, sensory experience planning, and coordination with signage, collateral, and graphic design teams.

Professional drafting and visualization services available as needed. Ideal for projects that require detailed documentation for construction, permitting, or brand approval. Examples include 2D floor plans, elevations, lighting plans, furniture layouts, millwork drawings, 3D renderings, and presentation boards.
