Principal Designer, Rebecca Whyte Design

Rebecca Whyte is the founder and principal designer of Rebecca Whyte Design, a boutique interior design firm known for creating thoughtfully curated and unexpectedly beautiful spaces. Guided by a design philosophy rooted in intuition, storytelling, and intentionality, she approaches each project with a deep understanding of her clients’ needs, resulting in interiors that are both elevated and personal.

A native of Northern California, Rebecca launched her firm in 2014 after more than a decade in sales, marketing, communications, and project management at top tech companies in Silicon Valley. Her professional background, combined with her creativity and passion for transforming spaces, brings a rare blend of structure, strategy, and artistic vision to every project.

She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The New School in New York City and is currently continuing her formal education in Interior Design & Architecture through the University of California, Berkeley. She is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and a candidate for the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ). In 2023, she was named Best New Designer by Clive Daniel Home.

Now based in sunny Southwest Florida, Rebecca leads projects alongside a trusted network of trade and industry partners to design exceptional homes and hospitality spaces across Florida, California, Canada, and beyond.

Her work has been described as refined yet inviting, thoughtfully curated, and pleasantly unexpected — always placing function, comfort, and beauty at the forefront. Whether she’s sourcing the perfect piece, managing a construction timeline, or translating a client’s vision into reality, Rebecca brings warmth, precision, and creative insight to every project.

When she’s not designing, Rebecca enjoys long walks with her husband, hot yoga, cooking, painting, and caring for her ever-growing collection of plants. She also volunteers as a Puppy Raiser for Dogs Inc, helping to raise future guide dogs for the blind. She speaks intermediate French and finds endless inspiration in travel, wellness, and nature.
